Located inside the Coosawattee River Resort, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfect for a quick getaway! Roast marshmallows by the fire pit, relax to the sound of water cascading down by the lazy river, fish, kayak or go tubing! The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, plates, stacked washer/dryer, bathroom towels, microwave, regular coffee machine, Keurig coffee machine, & propane grill. Gilmer County STR Host License Number: 004396 The space This is not your typical rental run by a management company. This is our second home, a space we cherish and care for deeply. We’ve opened it up to guests in the hopes that others can enjoy the peace, magic, and simplicity we feel here. As a small family, we handle everything ourselves—the cleaning, maintenance, and communication. We’re grateful to every guest who treats our home with care and respect. We ask that you come with kindness, patience, and the understanding that this is a shared space, not a hotel. Entitlement has no place here, only appreciation, community, and connection. The house does need some cosmetic repairs, and we work on them whenever we have the time, but it still offers a comfortable place to unwind and make great memories.
