The space The main level includes the family room, kitchen, dining area, laundry, and 2 bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) each with their own en suite bathrooms plus a half bath. Outside the main level is the main covered patio with ample seating and 2 outdoor dining areas. The upper level includes 3 bedrooms - the primary bedroom (king bed) with its own bath as well as one bedroom with 2 queen beds and another bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. Those two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bath. Off the primary bedroom is a private deck overlooking the canal with a daybed. There is a larger deck on that level with chairs for sunbathing and access to the top-level deck, from which the ocean can be viewed. All decks have new composite decking. The new heated pool is 11 ft x 20 ft and located on the ground level. (It is an underdeck installation due to building limitations on canal lots.) It includes an ample pool deck with seating and dining table. There is a new dock on the canal with access for boats, kayaking, fishing, swimming, etc. 4 kayaks and 3 bikes are included for your use, along with beach chairs & umbrellas and beach toys.
