We love our place in Lakeland Village for its tranquil setting and close proximity to our PRIVATE resort BEACH only STEPS AWAY. We are also located only a mile from Heavenly Ski Resort & the casinos in South Lake Tahoe. Play tennis, swim in one of the 2 pools (one pool is open year round & the beach pool is open in the summer months only) or just go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the view. The amenities also include 2 outdoor hot tubs and a gorgeous PRIVATE BEACH only STEPS AWAY. Come for the beach in the summer, the colors & bears in the fall, the skiing in the winter & all of the above in the spring! Our 3 level unit sleeps 8 -10; the first floor includes the primary bedroom with one king bed and the second bedroom with two queens. The primary bedroom on the first floor includes a roomy en suite bathroom and another cozy smaller full bath is right outside the second bedroom (on the first floor) for easy convenience. The second bathroom is engineered to include a full bath; however, the addition of a shower means the space is small, but very ambitious. The living room includes a pull out sofa bed. The OPEN LOFT on the 3rd level includes two full beds - perfect for all the KIDS! The 2nd level includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. The dining table seats 10 and there’s plenty of room at the bar for 3 more for easy mingling. Relax in the morning on the balcony with some Keurig coffee or enjoy the woodsy view in the evening with something a little stronger. Two kayaks & two stand up paddle boards are provided for your use at no charge! The most desirable aspect of Lakeland Village is its location - this tranquil LAKEFRONT setting is only a short walk to pubs and restaurants and it's less than a mile from some of the best skiing in the world!
