Beautiful location on a quiet road! Enjoy 850 sq ft of apartment living space above the garage. Granite countertops in 1&1/2 baths and kitchen with refrig/freezer Tiled kitchen floor. 6 movie theatre chairs with lights, cup holders, trays and charging access. Large flat screen smart tv. Large windows for light and views of surroundings. Personal air conditioning and heating controls. Shared code to garage side door access, garage entrance to apartment with 1/2 bath leading to private space. The space Large studio apartment (approx 850 sq ft) above the garage with its own thermostat, eat-in kitchen (13.5 ft wide x 18.8 ft long), refrig/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, waffle fryer, slow cooker, meat fryer, toaster oven, coffee maker ( regular and kcup) One full bath with shower and one half bath. Six theatre chairs with large flat screen smart tv (17.5 ft long x 13.5 ft wide. ) Bedroom nook (24 ft wide x 14.8 ft long) with one queen bed and twin bunk beds : (each bunk bed has 175 lb weight limit). Closet and a mirrored stand to hang clothes/coats etc. Dresser for clothes storage. Blackout curtains for privacy on windows and for sleep. Seasonally heated pool (see below) with controllable changing lights, outdoor music, poolhouse with small refrigerator and access to patio, sauna and full bath all in the middle of farm fields and beautiful starry nights. Sauna is located under covered porch attached to main house right off pool deck and has private entry, coded door, and complete privacy. Note : there is no washer/dryer or stove access in this apartment *** If booked guests invite family/ friends to visit, there must be approval first by owners of property. Non-booked guests are to leave the property by 10:00 pm. There is a $25 additional fee/day/person (up to 3 people ) for use of the pool for non booked guests . This fee must be paid before arrival of booked guests and is non-refundable. ***NOTE: outdoor amenities are shared with other guests if there are any from our other rental on property: 2A2J barn/pool Getaway Pool closes at 11:00 pm.
