The Village is nested between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. Perfect for couples and families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. Art heaven. Picture yourself standing on the private porch of this spacious three bedroom, two bathroom escape from every day life experiencing an amazing display of color in the sky as the sun sets over the horizon. You have just wrapped up a day of swimming in the shimmering emerald waters, walking along the white sand beaches and soaking up some sun. Below you, in the Peddler's Pavilion, people are starting to gather as they anticipate enjoying the delectable treats waiting for them at local restaurants. A local band is setting up for a set of live music around a bonfire. You and your family will be perfectly comfortable in this beautifully decorated vacation home situated in the private corner of the top floor of the Villages of South Walton condominium complex located along world famous 30A nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. As you walk through the front door of your home away from home, you will find bedrooms flanking both sides of the hall. The bedroom on the right features twin size bunk beds with a staircase leading to the upper bunk and access to a full bathroom. The room on the left is outfitted with a queen-size bed with hallway access to the full bathroom (shared by the bunk room). Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen television. As you continue down the hall, you will enter an open kitchen/family area. The well appointed kitchen features ample counter space and bar seating for three. The family room is separated from the kitchen by the dining area which provides comfortable seating for six. When you are ready to unwind, just sit back and watch the large flat screen television while you relax on the comfy lounge chairs or sofa which doubles as a queen sleeper or just bask in the gulf view from the covered balcony. The spacious master bedroom is off to the left of the family room and features a king-sized bed, a flat screen television and private access to the balcony. The master bathroom features dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a jetted garden tub. Guests are able to access all areas of the condo. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Please Note: Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. As a guest in The Village, you have access to the brand new onsite resort pool complex featuring two pools (one is seasonally heated), hot tub and fountain nestled amongst tropical landscaping and lounge chairs. The closest grocery stores are Publix or Winn Dixie, both are 5 minutes away (by car). From The Village, turn left onto 30A. At traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Winn Dixie. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ESP) in Panama City is 21 miles away. • As a guest in The Village, you have access to the newly renovated onsite resort amenity complex featuring two pools, hot tub and fountain nestled amongst tropical landscaping, gas barbecue and lounge chairs. • Amenity Wristbands (found inside of the unit): Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pools at The Village across from Building G. • Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler’s Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You’ll pass High Pointe on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to gain access to the beach through Sunset Beach. • Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. Tram departs from The Village resort pool area every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram. • Propane Grills: Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area.
