Year-round shopping and restaurant options can be found at the Sun Valley Mall or in Ketchum, less than two miles away. If you come during the winter, Dollar Mountain's Snowsports School (less than three miles away) is a warm and friendly environment to hone your skills with 10 runs, 628 feet vertical rise, and five lifts. You can also trade in the skis for a set of snowshoes at the Nordic and Snowshoe Center at the Sun Valley Resort and make your way through the miles of picturesque terrain.
