The 137 m² living space consists of two apartments (37 m² and 90 m²), which together feature two living rooms each with a sofa bed, two well-equipped kitchens each with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to ten people. The hilly surroundings of the Schiener Berg are ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking or cycling, with numerous routes right on your doorstep. Radolfzell is 16 minutes by car (11 km) away, Reichenau Island can be reached in 35 minutes by car (32 km), and Constance is 40 minutes by car (33 km) away. Parking is available.
