The property, newly renovated, is arranged on two (2) levels and consists of the ground floor of: a) large and bright living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV, and with 10 indoor seats for lunches/dinners and with access to the 40m2 porch and the 300m2 garden; b) 1 new bathroom (yellow in the photo) complete with shower; c) small bedroom for children/children with 2 bunk beds on the wall ("Man Arreda" type store for children); d) brand new and super-equipped kitchen for any need with dishwasher and washing machine, oven, stove, etc. and adjacent to the 30m2 patio for breakfast/lunches/dinners. On the first floor there are: e) 1 double bedroom with a wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV; f) a new bathroom (light blue in the photo) complete with a shower; a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, 2 bunk beds (type of store for children "Man Arreda"), a TV, a wall-mounted wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the garden and the Circeo promontory. The 300m2 garden, maintained weekly by the gardener, allows for indoor car parking and has all the comforts with a changing room and outdoor hot shower. Available free of charge to guests are 6 mountain bikes + electric bicycles for a fee available next to the gate of the residence (see photo), ping pong table, canoe, beach tennis/volleyball in the garden. Comfortably accommodates 4/6 people. The most famous beaches can be reached by bicycle (6 for adults + 2 for children available for guests) in a few minutes, as well as the Circeo Park in about 10 minutes. The price includes all utilities, first set of bed linen and towels for all guests, and final cleaning. ONLY IN CASE OF stays longer than 2 (two) weeks, one (1) midweek cleaning for each additional week of overnight stay. Also of great interest is the visit to the neighboring towns of Terracina and Sabaudia and then continue towards the Gardens of Ninfa and Sermoneta, a medieval city perched on the Lepini mountains 50 km from San Felice Circeo. We will give you directions to the most renowned restaurants and bathing establishments, and for sports and excursion enthusiasts we recommend the expert and professional guides of the local operators (outdoorsports).
