It is a working property with a National Trust-listed homestead which was designed by John Verg in 1826 with many original pieces of fittings still on display. A recommended Braidwood accommodation near Batemans Bay—Surf Beach, Malua Bay, and South Broulee Beach, all within an hour's drive. The tiny house has a queen-sized bed in the loft, sleeping 2 adults, and a couch on the ground floor that converts to a double bed, sleeping 2 children. It's a cozy 170-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with a portable cooker, cooking utensils, and cutlery. Microwave, mini fridge, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for your use. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Farm Stay Tiny House," positioned 250 meters away. Available with 24 hrs' advance notice. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house including our gardens and farms, except for the land host private residence and 2 other tiny houses on the property. Other things to note - Some areas are shared - BBQ grill is not available - No smoking allowed on the property - Pets should be kept on a leash at all times - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed - Light breakfast available at an extra charge - We have a common road 50 metres away, and we are a working farm - Guests with infants would have to bring their own portable travel cot - You can bring your own firewood or purchase it from the local petrol station - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - There is another tiny house on this property, which is also rented out, so expect some company from other guests. The 2 tiny houses are about 250 metres apart Important note: - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - We advise guests to KEEP AN EYE on children inside, as the stairs to the loft are quite steep - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
