Two of the upper bedrooms are equipped with a 32" television for your enjoyment, , A third bedroom has a DVD player and movies . The 4th sleeping area has a futon with an attached bathroom in the entrance way and the fifth sleeping area is downstairs with a futon and fold out twin bed and a 42" Netflix TV and air hockey table. The bungalow offers a key coded entrance for your privacy and access to the home and security system monitoring the outside sidewalk grounds for your safety. We offer 2 and a half baths and brochures, maps and board games for your enjoyment and pleasure. The property is a five minute walk down the street to River Road and the falls, a two minute walk to downtown Queen street and the bus terminal, train station and Go- Bus . A 10 minute car ride to the historic Niagara on The Lake or if you prefer a 30 minute bike ride along the glorious falls trail just down the street. Beach goers! Just 15 minute drive to Port Dalhousie Beach awesome beach on a summer day!. All the luxuries that you could imagine with a location that cannot be beat! Family oriented and no parties allowed at this property ...Ideal for family gatherings. ABSOLUTELY, NO PARTIES ALLOWED AND WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE - we are courteous to our neighbors and again we do not allow parties or disruptive behavior but absolutely promote family and friends memory making!. Guest access access the entire bungalow and deck , there are no parties allowed at this property as we are family oriented. There is FREE NETFLIX in three of the bedrooms , PARKING ON SITE for 3 cars . accessible with only 4 steps in and outside the home on the main floor ALL A BLOCK FROM THE BRINK OF THE NIAGARA RIVER DOWNTOWN NIAGARA FALLS Other things to note we are animal friendly and expect responsible owners to clean after their pets and keep them on leash when on outside property, smoking permitted outdoors on deck but no smoking indoors...a 300.00 cleaning fee will be added if smoking indoors. full kitchen and lovely view of walking path (Olympic Torch Run Legacy Trail) that leads to the casino as well as a 5 minute walk to the train, bus or Go bus , a quick phone call to the host and we can arrange to have your luggage put aside for early arrivals.
