Spacious modern apartment in historic farmhouse

The Marxhof, built around 1875, was reconstructed by us in a historic flair and furnished with high quality and luxury. The large apartment (about 100 m²) is located on the converted top floor. Here you have a spacious living, cooking and dining area. In the separate sleeping area there are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet. For relaxing hours, there is also a duo bathtub in one bedroom. The space As a trained hotel manager and architect, we renovated and reconstructed our Marxhof based on the flair of the Gründerzeit period in which the courtyard was built. According to tradition, the Marxhof has been a place of contemplation for 120 years and should continue to be so. We invite you to spend your most beautiful days of the year in our apartments in the interplay between tradition and modernity. We would appreciate it if you feel as comfortable at the Marxhof, our beloved farm, as we do. Marxhof Cafe, horse stable and agriculture: On the ground floor is the Marxhof Café, which opens for individually booked events. Our stable is rented to a carriage driving training company. Individual trips can be arranged with the operator. Our agriculture consists of a boarding horse farm and the carriage driving business. The Marxhof is operated in an environmentally conscious manner with a solar system, an air-water heat pump combined with wood stoves. Here you can take a vacation with a positive ecological footprint, for example, even if you charge your e-bike and e-car with us.
