The space Beautiful and spacious villa near Lloret de Mar   This beautiful five-bedroom detached villa sleeps eleven and benefits from a private pool and stunning views of the surrounding mountains as well as the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop. Villa Ruxandra is located on a quiet street, and you can safely park your car in the property's private garage. The magnificent pearly white beaches, lively nightlife, and downtown Lloret de Mar, complete with its varied shops and numerous restaurants, are only 4 km away. Villa Ruxandra's ideal location and spacious interior make it the perfect choice for large families or groups.   Villa Ruxandra is a detached villa spread over three floors. The entrance is on the first floor and is reached by a short flight of stairs. Here you will find the meticulously decorated living room with a flat-screen TV and fireplace. The living room leads to the very spacious and fully equipped family kitchen. This floor, which offers access to the balcony, also houses a large master bedroom with a bathroom and shower. The second floor houses four other bedrooms and two bathrooms. The classic interior of this villa has a carefully decorated and cozy atmosphere. The ground floor, at street level, houses the large private garage, where you can park at least 3 cars, as well as the fourth bathroom with a shower cabin. The villa also offers central heating for colder days, as well as free Wi-Fi.   A few steps outside lead you to the charming private pool, where you can take a refreshing swim or relax on one of the sun loungers and recharge your batteries under the Spanish sun. This charming villa also has a large barbecue and a clay oven for pizzas. You can enjoy countless meals on this barbecue made for the best chef. Other things to note The swimming pool features the "BIOSAL" system for the filtering of water, and as such, uses no chemical products. The Advantages? Villa has air conditioning available in each bedroom , a service which is included in the final price. Villa also puts a safe for your disposal.
