The ground floor is at garden level and offers a large, open-plan, bright space where we find a comfortable living room alongside a charming dining area and a modern, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, there is direct access to the garden, with a lawn and a fantastic terrace offering an outside dining area and summer lounge, situated just above the swimming pool. On this same floor there is a beautiful suite-type bedroom, with a double bed, separate walk in dressing room, private bathroom with bathtub and television.
