LIVING ROOM With carpeted floors and plenty of light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the living room is spacious and comfortable, featuring plenty of armchairs, a coffee table and a TV, and decorated with statement pieces of furniture and artwork. KITCHEN The kitchen is fitted with white sleek furniture and is filled with natural light coming through the large windows. Here you’ll find all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, including a toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and a combined washing machine and dryer. The dining table sits 4 people. DINING ROOM This room is located next to the living room and features a dining table for 6 and a sofa which can extend to become a double sofa bed, sleeping 2 people, if needed. BEDROOM This spacious, bright bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets, ample storage space and a desk. BATHROOM This immaculate bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, a WC and a single wash basin. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Please note, this apartment is on the 10th floor and there is a lift in the building. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing.
