A-frame style lake cabin with large outdoor space and 100 feet of shoreline. Cabin is 1,954 sq ft. built in 1996. Farm Island lake is 2000 acres with 13 miles of shoreline approximately 2 hours north of the Twin Cities, near Aitkin. Managed as a walleye lake with excellent fishing, including crappies, pike, bass, and panfish. The space 108' of shoreline, Large open space yard for playing Badminton or yard games, Fishing from Dock, Paddleboat, or small fishing kayak, Porch with picnic table, Gas Grill, TV & Blu-ray Player, Nintendo Wii, Stereo, Wifi, Board Games and Cards. Swimming area: Small sandy swimming area next to dock. 15' wide by 50'. See pictures. Very gradual entry and 4' deep at the end of dock. Can also swim outside weeds in deeper water. Guest access Dock, Paddleboat, Fishing Kayak, Firepit, Badminton Net, Bocce Ball Set, Horseshoe Pit, Gas Grill Other things to note Due to inherit dangers of waterfront property and fire pits, guests are required to sign a liability waiver to use water equipment (paddleboat, canoe, kayak) and fire pit. 2 public boat ramps on the lake, fishing boat rentals on the lake.
