7 night stays July/August Weekend requests will be accepted on a last minute basis only. For 2026 Summer - Renovated Primary Bedroom and bathroom with a bonus room/office. The perfect place for both privacy and convenience in Montauk. Located 1/2 mile from the beach, and a short drive from downtown. Has 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. 1000sft master has a private roof deck. The open kitchen/living room layout is great for families and entertaining. A short walk/bike/drive from Gurney's. The space Features a large open-format kitchen/living room area with a designated dining area. Each bedroom has outdoor access. There is a TV room off the kitchen, which is separate from the large entertainment room. The large space includes a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Entire house has sliding glass doors to the backyard. The pool area has a new bluestone patio, lounge chairs and outdoor dining for 8-10 guests. Pool is open Memorial Day - end of September, and the yard is sprayed every 30 days for ticks. 4 beach cruiser bikes available for use. Max 8 adults, 10 total people Guest access Entire house Other things to note Public parking for beaches available at Hither Hills, Kirk Park and Ditch Plains. House does NOT come with parking passes for private beaches, though they are accessible by foot/bike/drop off.
