The space PLEASE NOTE: The road in front of our property, US 31 is undergoing repairs from 4.01.06 to 11.1.06. Only West bound traffic will be allowed, easy detour for guests traveling from the East. After exploring our beautiful area for the day come home and relax at by a fire, it is just a real cool place to hang out overlooking the lake. #4 The Lake, we have a deck area with a Gazebo, you will be amazed at the amount of birds that fly in. we have a boat for your use "in season", row around the lake, Go fishing! Oh yes there is fish in it as well. #5 The yard, patio & Lake are awesome since it allows you to enjoy the best days of the seasons. Also, we have a gas fired outside Grill for your use, grill to your heart's delight! Here are 3 things to consider before renting. #1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our house or property at all times during your stay. #2 Our house is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, this house is a Duplex, there is no bathtub we have a stand up shower, there is no dishwasher, located Right off of US 31, so yes there is road noise when outside. #3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay. Now that this is clear, let's get to the description of the place. The Grey Stone House is located in Interlochen right off of US 31, on a Private 16 acre lake, the center point of activities in the Traverse area region. The Grey Stone House (right side of unit, A Blue Door) This unit features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as Pots & Pans, Coffe Maker, Toaster, Blender, Slow Cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal. This is a 2 Bedroom unit with a Queen size bed's & all the linens you will need. 50” Smart TV with Netflix, also has Ultra fast 5G WIFI . The bathroom has a Stand up Shower, Hair Dryer, Iron & Board and Washer & Dryer so that you can take care of your laundry needs. This unit has a beautiful private deck with Fire Pit Area which overlooks the lake, we also have a Patio Table / Chairs & outside GRILL, a screened in Gazebo down by the lake, so that you can truly enjoy those long summer days. *This special place The Grey Stone House features 2 separate units that are not connected internally aka a Duplex, both are dedicated to short term travelers, entrances are on opposite sides of the house, only thing shared is the dock at the lake. Guest access There entire unit, Side A of the Duplex, plus your own private deck with a really cool fire pit area overlooking the lake along with a screened in Gazebo down by the lake. Other things to note Our place is located off of a Highway, yes there is road noise, this house is a duplex both sides are dedicated to short term travelers.
