That is different from Ocean Front. This is a side view of the Ocean from the Balcony or Condo. Guest access This is a resort. You may check in at the front desk to pick up your keys to your condo. Other things to note If the description is titled “Ocean Front”, “Ocean View”, “Mountain View”, “City View” then you will have this view guaranteed. If no view is listed in the title, your condo view will be determined at check in. TGVR (Timeshare Guardians Vacation Rentals) will change the reservation into the renters’ names and information. TGVR will require the home address and email for the renter to accomplish this. Some confirmations are sent via email, while others are provided with a message on the rental platform, they rented from with the reservation number. If a name change is required after a confirmation email is sent there may be a cost of up to $100.00. This is charged by the resort and company and renter will be responsible for this cost. Only the name on the reservation can check into the resort. Only one name can be applied to the reservation please ensure this is the person checking in to the resort. The Resort will assign the condo building, floor, and number at the time of check in. Please call the resort if you plan on arriving after 6pm. Some resorts are not 24 hours, and you need to ensure your name is on an after-hours check-in list for security.
