A/C, Smart TV- stream/WiFi. Sleeps 5 in beds, 6 w/sofa bed, 1 Queen bed, small bedroom w/twin over full bunk, Full pull-out sofa. Full bath. Open concept/fully equipped kitchen. Separate picnic table/gas grill & shared patio. Off street parking-2 cars. No smoking/No Pets. Signed Rental agreement req'd. 3 nt 6/19-9/7. The space Linen package available-includes sheets, towels & beach towels. (on a limited basis). Please inquire about rates. As we do not add a cleaning fee to your booking, linens (sheets)/towels are not provided. If unit is not left as it was found, a $200 cleaning fee will automatically be deducted from your damage deposit. This unit comfortable accommodates 2-6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and stay comfortable. The outdoor patio area is shared with our other unit, but there is separate seating & gas grill for each unit. Beach buggy, cooler, beach chairs in basement for use during your stay. Guest access 675 square foot cottage with additional 3 season porch for extra dining or relaxing. Washer/dryer is located in the basement. Other things to note Please note that we consider this property our "home away from home." We hope that you will enjoy its' charm, as we have in the off-season. The utmost care has been taken to ensure that you have all the amenities you need. Please care for this home as if it were your own.
