As we do not add a cleaning fee to your booking, linens (sheets)/towels are not provided. If unit is not left as it was found, a $150 cleaning fee will automatically be deducted from your damage deposit. This unit comfortable accommodates 2-6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and stay comfortable. The outdoor patio area is shared with our other unit, but there is separate seating & gas grill for each unit. Beach buggy, cooler, beach chairs in basement for use during your stay. 675 square foot cottage with additional 3 season porch for extra dining or relaxing. Washer/dryer is located in the basement. Once booked, Arrival instructions for self check-in will be sent via email (along with a pack/do not pack list) to ensure your check-in is as effortless as possible. We are available via text in the event you need to contact the owner before or during your stay. Fireworks Show - Thursday evenings (approximately 9:45 p.m.) from June 22nd to August 24 near The Pier/Palace Playland 2 off street parking spaces (free of charge) at the unit. Easy walk to beach, nightlife, restaurants, and grocery store. For the most part, everything is in walking distance. Short drive to other activities such as the Drive-In, bowling alley, water parks, etc. Guest book in unit with menus, events, activities, etc. Please note that we consider this property our "home away from home."
