Comfortable rooms and room to spread out. The attic bedroom is available to guests but can be warm in the summer because the air conditioning doesn’t quite reach up there. There is a fan in the room for ventilation. Guest access Guests can use all the bedrooms and baths and main spaces on the first floor. Laundry is in the basement, which is otherwise unfinished.
