SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL. Stay close to the slopes of Snowmass Mountain, just a 5 minute walk to the Assay Hill ski lift (in the right conditions, you can ski back). Spectacular views from this well-appointed 2nd story 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with fully equipped kitchen including an Instant Pot. The free shuttle is steps away. Close walk to the free bus to Aspen. One guest parking spot. Grocery store and other shops a 90 second drive. To the back of the property, gaze upon open space where wildlife can be spotted. Bike path leads up to the village or down to the recreation center and grounds of the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Festival. Access to jacuzzi and pool for guests. Please note this is a 2nd floor condo with no elevator. There is a balcony. It is not well-suited for young children. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Snowmass is the place to stay in the Roaring Fork Valley. The views are beautiful, the hiking trails are nearby, and Snowmass Mountain has terrain for everyone whether you are skiing in winter or biking in summer. It is easy to get to restaurants, to the town of Aspen and to the other ski mountains. This condo is in a lovely location where you can enjoy a little peace and quiet and glorious mountain vistas. Snowmass Village License # 041936 CHECK IN: 4 PM CHECK OUT: 11 AM HOUSE RULES: There is a parking pass for one unassigned guest parking spot only. Parking pass must be displayed at all times and left in the condo before departure. $50 charge for lost or unreturned parking pass. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please refrain from doing laundry during quiet hours. Pool and hot tub hours, in season, are from 10 am to 10 pm. Please follow all pool rules. The pool and amenities building are for guest use only. No parties or non-guest visitors are allowed at the pool. No smoking, vaping or hookah use (tobacco or otherwise), either in the condo or on the balcony or in the outdoor hallways. The condo and balcony are drug-free zones. Please refrain from burning scented candles or incense in the condo. County fire restrictions apply. Only use the gas grill on the balcony for barbecue. Charcoal grills are forbidden. Keep hallways, doorways, breezeways and stairs free of your personal gear. Ok to stash skis on the ski racks outside the condo, but there is also a locked ski closet just outside the front door. Do not hang anything from the balcony (clothes, gear, signs, etc). Leave the ski closet key in the condo. If you lose the ski closet key, there will be a $100 charge against your deposit. Trash must be disposed securely in the bear-proof trash shed near the shuttle stop. There is onsite recycling inside the next trash shed down the road toward Brush Creek Road. Ashes must be placed in the ash bucket in the condo. Ashes may be disposed in the ash bucket in the trash shed. BEARS: if you see a bear or other wildlife, do not approach it or stand nearby to take a photo. Avoid leaving food or anything scented in your vehicle. Keep doors closed and locked when not entering or exiting. Use the trash shed locking apparatus correctly. Thank you for your interest in the Ensemble.
