We help timeshare owners cover their HOA and maintenance costs when they can't use their properties. • You may be asked to watch a timeshare presentation, however you are under NO obligation to do so and we recommend politely declining if you are not interested. • To check-in to the resort, we are required to add the primary guest who will be checking in to the reservation. The primary guest must be 21+ years old. Please be ready to provide first and last name, email, phone number, and mailing address. The resort will confirm identity and age with the guest’s ID at check-in. • We can only add one guest to the reservation. Changing the check-in guest will result in a $119.00 fee. Adding the initial guest is complimentary on our end when booking the reservation, but Owners are charged this fee when modifying a guest on the reservation, so any changes will be required to pay the fee. • Reserved units are assigned upon check-in. • The resort is at a high elevation of 7000 ft. • Self-parking is available in the on-site parking garage for $20 per night with in-and-out privileges. On-site parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. • In an effort to preserve the beauty and cleanliness of the suites, ski equipment must be stored at the on-site, Mandatory Ski Valet. • Ski rentals are available through Aloha Ski and Sport. • Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing.
