Poolside guesthouse in a lush tropical garden yard-this studio with 1 bedroom/1 bath is in Jacksonville’s Avondale Historic District, and just steps away from the popular Shoppes of Avondale with its restaurants and quaint shops. Its perfect for business travelers, singles, or couples. The space features a super cozy queen size bed with luxury linens. There is also a mini-kitchen with microwave, toaster oven and compact refrigerator. There is no stove. The space -Use of the pool and loungers. The pool is open year round- however generally only warm enough for swimming March- October. Jacksonville has a winter! -Use of the gas grill and outdoor patio area -Basic kitchen items: dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave -Welcome items: coffee, tea, bottled water -Basic bathroom needs: shampoo, soap, hairdryer, towels Guest access The pool is yours to use- generally the season is from April-late October. There is a gas grill and patio area you are also welcome to use. The path to the guesthouse consists of pavers through the yard. There is a bit of uneven ground.
