The historic Green Mountain Falls Lodge built over 110 years ago but fully renovated now sits at the trailhead for the wonderful trails leading to the Falls, Garden of Eden and the lakes on Pikes Peak. The decks on every level allow you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It feels like you are going back in time to a remote mountain town but with all the modern amenities needed to make your stay complete. The space Green Mountain Falls Lodge Room Set up: 1st (Middle) Floor Unit 1 - Queen bed, bath is walk-in shower, kitchenette Unit 2 - Queen bed, bath is walk-in shower, kitchenette Unit 3 - King bed with full kitchen, bathroom is large w/jacuzzi tub/shower combo Unit 8 - King Bed, jacuzzi tub/shower, kitchenette Unit 9 - Queen Bed, bath is walk-in shower, kitchenette 2nd (Top) Floor Unit 4 - King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, jacuzzi tub + full bath w/tub shower and kitchenette Unit 5 - King Bed, jacuzzi tub/shower, kitchenette Unit 6 - King Bed, jacuzzi tub/shower, kitchenette Unit 7 - King bed, large twin sofa, jacuzzi tub + full bath w/tub shower and kitchenette. This unit has a door to make a separate bedroom. There is a deck that surrounds the whole Lodge offering stunning views of the mountains and wildlife all around. There is also a shared deck with plenty of space, table and chairs, as well as a BBQ and fire pit, to take care of any outdoor cooking and relaxation. The decks are a great place to animal spot. One of the joys of the area we live in is all the wildlife. Often we have deer pass through the property as well as birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and if you are lucky you might see a fox or a fat Raccoon looking for some food. Bring your friends and family to the historic Green Mountain Falls Lodge and truly enjoy Colorado how it was meant to be enjoyed. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy including our main hall. For events at the lodge involving participants who are not registered overnight guests at the lodge or for special set-ups there is an additional event fee. If you are planning an event involving outside guests such as a wedding, reception, meeting etc please contact us with details of the event you have planned and we can provide you with detailed pricing for your event. Due to our building being over 100 years old there is no elevator. There is a road behind the property where you can stop long enough to unload but not park. The ramp across to the lodge from that road has 3 steps and will put you directly on the middle floor. When you get to your room, you will find an electronic lock on the door where you will enter the code that we will share with you on your arrival day. Other things to note Your furry friend is welcome as well. We have a one-time $50 pet fee per pet that applies for the duration of your stay. As a means to conserve resources and respect the environment, daily housekeeping is not automatically offered. Fresh towels are available upon request, you just need to let us know.
