The house is secluded with a commanding view of Bromley, yet has all the modern amenities one could ask for, including high speed WiFi, three flat screen TVs, Playstation 3, a home gym, indoor sauna and outdoor hot tub! The space The house is located at the top of a hill on close to 5 acres with expansive mountain views. The house has a beautiful open kitchen, full of light with topnotch kitchenware, includes a dishwasher, and is stocked with teas, coffee and espresso for your enjoyment. The living room features three cozy leather couches, a large flat screen TV with Satellite and Internet streaming service, playstation 3 with games, a huge brick fireplace, as well as a wood burning stove to keep you toasty during the winter nights. The house has four bedrooms with seven beds, perfect for families or large groups. There are three bathrooms, including a working sauna and jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a desk facing Bromley mountain, perfect for a laptop setting. The basement includes a private gym with a barbell rack, sandbags, kettle bells, free weights, an exercise ball, jump rope and yoga mats. A gas grill sits on the outdoor deck with a weather-proof picnic table, the perfect setting for an evening or afternoon BBQ with a beautiful view of Bromley Mountain, as does the outdoor Hot tub below. The house also has an attached garage for winter parking and plenty of storage for ski and snowboard equipment. Guest access The Vermont Mountain House is within quick driving distance to many ski mountains such as Bromley, Stratton, Magic and Okemo. Right nearby are also numerous hiking trails, ponds & lakes, farms and restaurants and shopping. The house contains many local guide books outlining local hiking and back country ski routes. Other things to note Vermont Catamount trail abuts the property with direct access from the house. Property has an electric Sauna in the master bedroom and an outdoor hot tub.
