FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION First Floor: The main level features a well-equipped kitchen designed for easy meal preparation and a comfortable living area. Step outside to the screened-in porch, the perfect setting for morning coffee or alfresco evening dinners amidst the wooded scenery. This level also includes the Primary Suite with a Queen bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Second Floor: Accessed via a unique spiral staircase, the second level includes a Jack & Jill style shared bathroom connecting two bedrooms: one with a Full bed and another with two Twin beds. The airy loft provides additional flexible sleeping space with a convertible ottoman, a futon, and a pull-out sofa. Outdoor Living & Parking: This property offers unusual convenience with off-street parking for up to 6 cars. Guests can enjoy a charcoal grill for summer cookouts and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. STARTER KIT 1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. MISCELLANEOUS -The maximum occupancy is 8 people. -There is parking for 2 vehicles. -No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed. -Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. -Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it. -The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
