Casas de Guadalupe (Guadeloupe Houses) - Casita I

Casita I is 650 square feet with 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths. One bedroom has a queen size bed & the other a full size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an outdoor patio. It is not completely private, guests do pass through to get to Casita J. Because of this, this casita is not pet friendly. The dining table seats 4 comfortably. The living room is cozy, warm, & comfortable, featuring a kiva fireplace & a skylight. Located just off of Guadalupe, you are a skip & jump away from the plaza! Other things to note Casita I has central heating and airconditioning. They do not run simultaneously. It's one or the other. We usually turn the heat on around October and the Air around May. There are extra space heaters and fans in the closets on site. Please note that this casita is located off of Guadalupe which is a main street that borders the plaza. There will be a bit of traffic noise in the kitchen and in the den, but it is very slight. The streets of Santa Fe are very quiet in the evenings and you will not hear any traffic noise in the bedrooms. The patio on the side of the kitchen isn't completely private as guests need to pass through to get to the casita behind Casita I. Casitas C, I & H are the only casitas that we have that are not pet friendly. Ifyou plan on bringing your four legged friend, please refer to one of the other casitas.
