The space Limearita is a bright, 6-bedroom coastal sanctuary designed for large families, groups of friends, and reunions. With an open floor plan and a private backyard oasis, it's the ultimate base for a "park and relax" getaway. MAIN LIVING AREA: Features a 65-inch Smart TV and an open layout that keeps the group together. GOURMET KITCHEN: Fully stocked with stainless appliances and a custom-built artisan dining table that seats 15+ -- perfect for having everyone together for a group meal! PRIVATE POOL: A secluded, tropical backyard with a pool that is HEATED TO 80 DEGREES FOR FREE. Want it warmer? You can "buy" higher settings of 83 or 88 degrees to suit your preference. THE BEDROOMS: - 2 MASTER SUITES: King beds, balcony access, and 1 has a dedicated workspace. - 2 MAIN FLOOR BEDROOMS: Queen beds for easy access (no stairs). - 1 GUEST BEDROOM: Queen bed with coastal vibes. - 1 KID ZONE BUNK ROOM: Twin-over-twin w/stairs and a full-over-full with ladder--the perfect hangout. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property, except for locked-off owner's areas and house exterior equipment area. This includes all 6 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, the backyard, driveway, and the heated swimming pool. Other things to note POOL HEATING: We believe in a comfortable swim! We provide free pool heating up to 80 degrees. If you prefer a warmer experience, an upgraded level of pool heating is available for additional cost, collected AFTER booking. Must be for full length-of-stay. - 83F -- $15/night - 88F -- $45/night. Message us for exact upgraded heating cost for your stay. BEACH GEAR: We provide a beach wagon, chairs, towels, and sand toys so you can pack light. FAMILY READY: A Pack-n-Play and High Chair are available upon request. PARKING: We are licensed for 2 vehicles. REQUIREMENTS: Signed Rental Agreement, government-issued ID, and 500 dollar refundable security deposit hold required within 24 hours of booking. CHECK-IN/OUT: 4:00 PM Arrival / 9:30 AM Departure. We are unable to accommodate early-arrivals or late-departures, or luggage drop-offs. STRICT POLICIES: Max 1 approved dog (under 30lbs) with fee. No smoking or vaping inside nor in backyard. Absolutely no glass in backyard. No parties or events. We maintain a strict NO GLITTER / NO DYE policy. MONITORING: For your safety, exterior video cameras (absolutely NO interior views) and interior noise level monitors (decibels only) are in use.
