With an open floor plan and a private backyard oasis, it's the ultimate base for a "park and relax" getaway. The included 6-seat golf cart makes that even easier! MAIN LIVING AREA: Features a 65-inch Smart TV and an open layout that keeps the group together. GOURMET KITCHEN: Well-stocked with stainless appliances and a custom-built artisan dining table that seats 15+ people. Perfect for having everyone together for a group meal! PRIVATE POOL: A secluded, tropical backyard with a pool that can be heated to 83°F or 88°F for an additional fee (collected after booking). GOLF CART: Rental will include a 6-seater electric golf cart provided by our third-party vendor. Guest and drivers will be required to complete their agreement, provide a valid driver's license and insurance. All operators of the golf cart must be at least 24 years of age. THE BEDROOMS: - 2 MASTER SUITES: King beds, balcony access, and 1 has a dedicated workspace. - 2 MAIN FLOOR BEDROOMS: Queen beds for easy access (no stairs). - 1 GUEST BEDROOM: Queen bed with coastal vibes. - 1 KID ZONE BUNK ROOM: Twin-over-twin w/stairs and a full-over-full with ladder--the perfect hangout. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property, except for locked-off owner's areas and house exterior equipment area. This includes all 6 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, the backyard, driveway, and the heated swimming pool. Other things to note POOL HEATING: We believe in a comfortable swim! If you prefer a warmer swimming experience, pool heating is available for additional cost, collected AFTER booking. Must be for full length-of-stay. ・83F -- $35/night ・88F -- $55/night. Message us for exact upgraded heating cost, to include taxes, for your stay. BEACH GEAR: We provide a beach wagon, chairs, towels, and sand toys so you can pack light. When returning from the beach, the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand! FAMILY READY: A Pack-n-Play and High Chair are available upon request. PARKING: We are licensed for 2 vehicles. REQUIREMENTS: Signed Rental Agreement, government-issued ID, and $500 refundable security deposit (done as a hold, not a charge) required within 24 hours of booking. CHECK-IN/OUT: 4 PM Arrival / 9:30 AM Departure. We are unable to accommodate early-arrivals, late-departures, or luggage drop-offs. STRICT POLICIES: Max 1 approved dog (under 30lbs) with fee. No smoking or vaping inside nor in backyard. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN BACKYARD. No parties or events. We maintain a strict NO GLITTER / NO DYE policy. MONITORING: Exterior video cameras (absolutely NO interior or pool views) and interior noise level monitors (decibels only) are in use.
