Open space modern studio attached to our house. Everything is brand new and features a shower with a toilet, a queen mattress bedroom, kitchenette ( stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils), dining space, a TV. Great views of the Salt Lake Valley. The studio is just for yourself with everything you need. Quiet, safe, comfortable and private. The entrance is private , the door is locked with a key. The neighborhood is very safe, middle class, quiet, clean and close to everything: Salt Lake City Airport- 15 minutes Downtown- 15 minutes Closest grocery store - 3 minutes Closest hospital- 6 minutes Closest hiking trail - 5 minutes.. Please no smokers.. Pets are $25 one time fee per pet.. Check in flexible but check out is ALWAYS by 11am please!
