Enjoy coffee in this charming 850sf basement suite in a historic Charlotte neighborhood w/Greenway access, bike trails, & great places to eat/drink nearby. Watch birds play in Brier Creek out back. Private entrance closed off from the main house. Queen bedroom, attached bath, living room, & laundry. Play shuffleboard or watch AmazonPrime on the comfy couch by the fireplace. Blowup mattress available on request. Small frig/freezer, sink, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. Dark room for restful sleep. The space Full finished basement with a walk out covered patio where you can enjoy grilling out while you overlook Brier Creek. This is a 2-story house. We live upstairs (that’s right, we actually own it, not a conglomerate), and have blocked off a completely separated space for your privacy. The back yard is always in bloom. Very peaceful setting. Please feel free to wash and dry your clothes in our laundry room. You can request for me to light up the gas fireplace and play board games on the big coffee table or watch a movie on Amazon Prime. Good WiFi signal. Bedroom is dark, so you should sleep well. Guest access You will be able to access the full basement with your own key. Entrance is in the back of the house. You can park out front and walk down the driveway (pretty steep!) around back (gate is open), or pull around back to park under the deck at the basement entrance. Careful if pulling around as the gate entrance is narrow. Also, careful pulling in and out of the driveway as there is a pretty big dropoff...just go slow. The door to access upstairs is locked. Other things to note Please let me know if you need the full blowup mattress, cornhole set, or fireplace pilot lit. Amazon Prime available. Fire extinguisher is located under the bathroom sink. If you walk up/down the driveway when it is wet, the middle is very slippery, so be VERY careful and walk on the sides.
