Conch House - Ocean front with dock and pool

The Conch House is located at mile marker 28.5 on Little Torch Key. You can dock your boat right in your own front yard!! The newly constructed cement L shaped dock can accommodate up to a 26’ boat There are stakes to go between to get into the boat basin. The depth at high tide is 36” and 18” at low tide. The Conch House has a small “beach area” where you can launch your kayak or paddle board. There are 2 kayaks (one single, and one double) for your enjoyment. Your property manager lives nearby and is available if you have any requests during your stay Quiet neighborhood – Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am You will be provided check in instructions prior to your arrival 3 King Master suite bedrooms 1 twin bedroom Open water with boat dockage POOL Bus service available.
