The space This 2 bedroom, 2 bath newly refinished condo has everything you will need for your stay. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a full sized washer & dryer. All bed linens and towels are provided. There is cable tv in the main living area and dedicated Wi-Fi in the unit for your entertainment needs. The master bedroom has a new king size bed, cable tv, ceiling fan and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a large shower and bath combination. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, ceiling fan and large closet. There is a private screened lanai accessible from the front and the master bedroom. Palm Manor has a large, newly refinished heated Pool. There are umbrella tables and lounge chairs For when you want to enjoy the Florida sun. The Clubhouse near the pool has shuffleboard and tennis equipment for your use as well as a pool table and a ping-pong table. There is a large lending library of books to take to the beach or the pool. There is Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse as well as a computer and printer if needed. There are also outdoor grills that you can use as well as the public greenspace. There is a lot to see and do in Englewood from biking, golfing, kayaking, hiking or shopping. There are many different area beaches to enjoy from Englewood Beach to Stump Pass State Park. Enjoy all the various water activities as well, swimming, fishing, boating, jet-skiing, snorkeling, shelling and dolphin watching. Don’t forget to experience the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets!
