Other things to note Please note that the parking area is rather narrow and large cars/vans could have difficulties (alley width of 2.45m). If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed. The costs are £17 per night. Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25 (subject to availability). To give you peace of mind and maintain our high standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property. We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £25 per stay that covers up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay. Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of £250. The hold on your payment method will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages.
