Our condo is centrally located in a quiet complex adjacent to Mammoth Creek Pk. and the new ice rink. The condo has recently been remodeled and has great views of the park. We have 4 bedrooms 3 of the bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses. One of the bedrooms has two bunk beds. Each bunk has a full bed below and single above. Each bedroom has a flat screen television. ESTA bus stop close by. We are close to Von's, restaurants, brewery’s, a liquor store and bowling TOML-CPAN-10767 The space Our condo is a clean and comfortable 4 bedroom unit. In a quiet complex centrally located in Mammoth Lakes. We are located upstairs on the 2nd level. Downstairs you will find the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom rm #1. The living room has a large comfortable couch and a pellet fireplace that keeps you warm in the winter. There is a 60" flat screen TV mounted on the wall in the living room. The kitchen has a long table to accommodate everyone for meal times. The kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. The downstairs bedroom has a new King bed with a memory foam mattress, 43” flat screen TV and an attached bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a King memory foam bed with a 43” flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 upstairs has a queen memory foam bed and 43” flat screen TV. Bedroom #3 upstairs we call the bunk room. It has 2 sets of bunk beds each set has a full below and a single above. We also have 43” flat screen TV in this bedroom.. We have a balcony that is a great place to take in the view. Our Mammoth Lakes STR license allows for a maximum of 10 guest. TOML- CPAN- 10767 The complex has a Jacuzzi and a seasonal BBQ and pool. There are BBQs located at the pool area. Just steps from our condo is the laundry room with App operated washers & dryers. We are located adjacent to Mammoth Creek Park. Which has a Community Recreation Center, ice rink, rock climbing wall a playground and playground equipment for the kids. A large grass area to play or relax on. Mammoth Creek is great for fishing and scenic sightseeing walks or bike riding on the town loop trail. They are all located within a close walking distance to our condo. Guest access We are adjacent to Mammoth Creek Park, Mammoth Creek and the Community Rec. Center. The park is a great place for the kids to play on the play structure while you relax on the grass. The creek is a great fishing spot. We are close to shopping, breweries and restaurants. Mammoth transit stop is also close by. Mammoth Loop trail runs through Mammoth Creek Park adjacent to our condo. You can walk or bike to just about anywhere on this trail. Lake Basin is also close by. You will find 5 lakes and a waterfall in this area. Boat and Kayak rentals can be found at Lake Mary, George and Twin Lakes. Be sure to check out Twin Falls and the historic Tamarack lodge while in the area. Head down to Reds Meadow and check out Devils Post Piles and the Rainbow Falls hike. You may need to take a bus into Reds Meadow. Be sure to ask what the current policy and access is. There are multiple areas to hike and fish in Mammoth. If you choose to venture outside of Mammoth. You may want to check out the hot creek area, Convict Lake, June Lake, Lundy Canyon, Virginia Lake or the ghost town Bodie. The east entrance into Yosemite and Tioga Pass are a little over a 30 minute drive from Mammoth. You can make Yosemite a day trip. Other things to note We are located in a quiet complex. Specific quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No loud voices, music or TV. Please be respectful of these hours and our adjacent neighbors at all hours. The sound does travel easily.
