Other things to note There is a $99 pet fee, if applicable. A pet must be cleared in advance with host, no exceptions. The by-laws of our homeowners association govern pet guests, as follows: “If guests have pets that cause damage to any or all private or communal areas of Brook Point, the owner will hold guest responsible for repairs. Any animal waste needs to be picked up immediately and disposed of in a proper waste container. Pets on the property must be keep under control at all times, never off leash outside of the cottage and agree that if any noise or nuisance is noted by fellow owners or guests, the dog(s) will be asked to leave the property.”
