Mountain Adventure House

Beautiful three-story A-Frame mountain house right in the middle of Bent Creek! 95 mi of trails for hiking/biking, beginning at the end of our street. Four bedrooms, 3 full baths and a huge private deck. Large master bedroom on the top floor, two bedrooms on the main floor along with a beautiful living room with large windows overlooking the forest. The basement has a large bedroom and very spacious den, with French doors leading you out to a downstairs patio. There is a firepit area to roast marshmallows after your day of adventuring is done. There are also lots of fun things in the yard for kids to play on such as a trampoline, huge swing, climbing dome, and zip-line. The neighborhood park is a 0.3 mile away with a professionally built pump track, basketball goals, volleyball net, pavilion, and playground. If you are looking for a perfect location near Asheville and the forest, this is it! This house almost borders the Pisgah National Forest, is less than a mile from the arboretum, 2 mins from Blue Ridge Parkway, 10 min drive to the Biltmore House and 12 min drive to funky downtown Asheville. You are less than 1 mile from the French Broad river where you can tube, kayak, or canoe down the river. Lake Powhatan is less than 1.5 miles away where you can swim, fish, and boat. A ton of hiking trails along the lake. A tandem Kayak and river tubes are included in your rental. There are a ton of unique Breweries to explore in Asheville most of them with a 10 min drive from our house. The house sits on an acre of land on a very quiet, dead end street. rental would be ideal for 1-2 families looking to explore the Asheville area while in a cozy home environment.
