The Cozy Cottage is totally updated with an open concept floor plan, comfortably decorated, a beautiful out door patio area with woods in the back and a lake view in the front. Family friendly and a space for every age group to enjoy. We have a three night minimum stay. No smoking and no pets. Other things to note Budd Lake is an ALL SPORT lake. There is a No Wake rule in effect from 7:30PM until 11:00AM. This is great for fisherman, slow cruises around the lake, kayaking or canoeing and just to enjoy peaceful evenings and early mornings.
