San Diego Bed & Breakfast - Private Guest House

Built in 1939, the San Diego Bed and Breakfast is a luxurious second-story guest house that overlooks the garden below. The airy 700 square-foot space -- including a living room, bedroom, full kitchen and full bath -- is furnished with your comfort in mind. Located in North Park, which Bloomberg names as one of the "hippest neighborhoods" in the US, it is just a short walk to great restaurants. Note: With the transition to long-term stays, breakfast is no longer served. The space Established in 2005, the San Diego Bed & Breakfast is your private retreat. It has been purposely and lovingly designed and renovated with the express purpose of giving guests a wonderful environment, experience and memories. A maximum of two adult guests is permitted. With the transition to long-term stays, breakfast is no longer provided, parking is on-street only, and there is no garden use permitted. From on-street parking, the guest house is accessed by both the front and rear gates, where you pass the garden and ascend the steps to the B&B. In the living room you can enjoy the luxury of the leather recliner for experiencing the 40-inch 4K HDTV. The teak desk is flooded light and you look through the canopy of the 60-foot Ash tree. Ultra high-speed wireless Internet access allows you to work anywhere. You will awaken refreshed on the queen-sized luxury firm mattress and microfiber sheets. And for reading or watching the 55-inch 4K HDTV in bed, the padded leather headboard provides firm, luxurious support. For streaming high-definition movies or shows, Netflix is provided on both HDTV's. The guesthouse is above the former garage, which is now unoccupied and used only for storage, so the guesthouse is your own, private retreat. 100% cotton luxury bath-towels are provided, terrycloth robes and many amenities. For longer stays, you may decide to cook in the full kitchen, with a quick stroll to the neighborhood market to find just the right ingredients and a nice wine. With your keyless-entry code, you will enter the code into the keypad, and the door will unlock electronically. No host interaction is necessary.
