This house was finished in September of 2020 and is 1500 square feet. Washer dryer, outfitted kitchen, 3 beds, and 2 ½ baths. The Master bedroom includes a queen-size bed with its own bathroom. Bedroom 1 come with a full/twin bunkbed. The guest room comes with a full bed. The living room comes with a updated larger sectional with a back patio to relax and clear your mind. This also comes with high speed Wi-Fi and a one car garage plus one and possibly 2 more in the driveway. The space St Johns is an escape from the city life, while a 30-minute drive north from Jacksonville downtown and a 45-minute drive south to St Augustine Beach. This community is family-oriented with amenities to enjoy for everyone as well. Around 15-minute drive is Bailey's, La fitness, and planet fitness if you are a member or want to become one. For nightlife; St Augustine and Jacksonville Beach are about a 45-minute drive from this location. The house does come furnished with soft water treatment, so no need to buy bottled water or worry about hard water showers. This place has an enormous amount of space for a family, group of friends, or individual. Guest access The guest has access to the whole house except the master bedroom closet. That will be locked off. There is also a cozy backyard. If you want to stay in enjoy Paramount+, AppleTV, Netflix and Peacock included with your stay. There is basic TV if you switch to live TV. The house come with 1.2 TB (1229 GB) of data included up to 1000Mbps download speed.
