We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by the corresponding number of responsible parents. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. Sterling Shores wants every guest to answer anytime the beach calls and that’s why PH 14 includes wristband access to the beach, and to two pools (one of which is one of the few truly beachfront pools in Destin) and the other a sprawling lagoon style pool with fountains and cabanas. Plus, guests can also enjoy the fitness center, barbecue areas and the good fortune of being within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
