There is a deck off the main floor living room and a patio on the lower level where you can walk out to the grassy area behind the building. Please note that the owner's room on the main floor is locked and not available to guests. Killington There are two reserved parking spaces directly in front of the condominium. There are also many taxi services available as well as Uber in the peak winter months. Many of the bars and restaurants also run their own free shuttle services. • You may only park in the two reserved spaces in front of the condo. Additional cars must park in the overflow lot. • The condo has individual AC units for the bedrooms and living room. • The basement sleeping room is an open area with sectional, TV and bar top seating. • The outdoor pool and tennis courts are open Memorial Day to mid-September. • Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) • For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front entryway. This is not in any of the living areas. • No pets are allowed. • No smoking or vaping allowed. • Winter weather is unpredictable.
