The space is furnished to offer a modern design, with quality and comfortable furniture, and all your basic kitchen needs. Parking for only 1 car available. No Trucks, Buses or trailers. Pet fee $100 PER PET PER STAY. The space This home away from home, is conveniently located to enjoy Miami’s many attractions! The house has two cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed. The master bedroom has a spacious closet. There is two bathrooms, stocked with hotel grade shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Also included is -Full kitchen with kitchen essentials -Access to washer and dryer -Kitchen Island -Living room space where the sofa-bed can be found -Terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake and park -Free WiFI -Basic Cable -Dishwasher -Netflix -Access to the baseball fields, walking trails, and a playground Quick and easy access to major highways less than 4 minutes away. Biscayne Bay National Park and Black Point Park/Marina are a short 3 minute drive from the house, perfect for fishing as well as boat and kayak rentals. Downtown Miami (Brickell), Wynwood, Miami Design District, Miami International Airport (MIA) and Miami Beach are about 30-45 minutes away. Other things to note -The property is regularly treated for pest, however we kindly ask that you keep all doors and windows closed as South Florida's tropical climate allows for insects/bugs to come in when doors and windows are left open. -Please respect the property and the surrounding neighbors. -No parties or additional guest allowed at the property unless given permission beforehand. -Parking for only 1 car available. No Trucks, Buses or trailers. -Pet fee $100 PER PET PER STAY. -For long-term rentals exceeding 20 days, an additional cleaning will be performed for maintenance. Depending on the length of your stay, this cleaning will be performed every 10 days with and additional cleaning fee.
