The beach is within walking distance but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about an 8-minute drive. The airport is very close, which is a 12-minute drive. Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected. Vacation rental guests may request a private barbeque grill and tank in their yard which is available at $75 per week or $150 monthly (please advance arrange by email). Discounted promotional rates are offered for two guests only–additional guests fee of $25 per person if room capacity allows. FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
