Relax on your private patio, take a short three minute stroll to the Atlantic Ocean, or sit by the Beach Wood pool. This villa is bright and open and perfect for spending time together. Play golf, rent bikes, walk or just relax. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a large flat screen tv. Comcast cable and internet are provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen tv. The second bedroom has two full size beds so the villa can accommodate six people. And this is a dog friendly property too. The owner will allow up to two small dogs with a $250 per dog, non-refundable pet fee. Please note that this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Plantation and does not give you access to all "resort privileges or amenities" although most are available to you at The Shops of Amelia Island Plantation.
