Building has resort- like amenities that include 2 pools, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center, club house and valet services 24 hours and much more. The space Our 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment features a beautiful sea view from a private balcony. The apartment is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, including linens and towels, a washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, dishwasher, and oven. The accommodation offers air conditioning, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cable channels. Parking is included in your reservation. Located in the Heart of Downtown Miami, this apartment-style complex is only 15 minutes from Wynwood, Miami Design District, and South Beach attractions, and offers many fine amenities including a fitness center, outdoor pool, hot tub, and much more. Brickell is a great choice for travelers interested in Restaurants, Shopping, and Nightlife. The Bayside Marketplace, as well as the Mary Brickell Village Mall, is also ideally located within walking distance. Port of Miami and American Airlines Arena is 1.3 miles from the complex while Miami International Airport is at just 5.3 miles. CONDOMINIUM REGISTRATION - The building requires guests to be registered so the requirements we request (a copy of the ID or passport) must be sent promptly to have access to the building and the apartment. The building does not make any registration on the premises. The registration fee is $52. The association takes at least 5 business days to approve registrations so providing all the requirements on time is essential. We provide 1 fob only. The building offers additional fobs at the cost of $10 (single payment). Price is managed by the building. CLEANING & SAFETY The safety of our guests is our priority. Our housekeeping team has been instructed to disinfect every area of the property so you may feel secure and protected with us. Our cleaning protocol includes cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) before you check in. For 30-day or longer reservations, an additional cleaning must be made in the middle of your stay at an additional cost of $170. For 60-day or longer reservations, an additional cleaning must be made monthly at an additional cost of $170. In any case, we will schedule the date and time with you. HOUSE RULES We only provide a courtesy kit to get you going, which contains: 1 soap, 1 small shampoo, 1 small conditioner, 1 toilet paper, dish soap, and 2 garbage bags. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm or later. Check-out time is at 11:00 am or earlier. Leaving later than the authorized time may result in a charge for an extra night. Any early check-in or late check-out is only allowed with host approval and at an additional fee. It must be requested at least 24 hours in advance No Pets Allowed. Breaking the rule will incur a fine of $200 Smoking Not Allowed. Breaking the rule will incur a fine of $150 Events or parties are prohibited. A security deposit of $500 is charged and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out if there is no damage to the unit. ANNUAL BUILDING INSPECTIONS The building association conducts annual inspections to ensure the safety of residents and compliance with regulations. These inspections may include: * Fire alarm inspections: Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are checked to ensure they work properly. * Fire sprinkler inspections: Sprinkler systems are inspected to ensure they are in good condition and working properly. The building association schedules inspections and cannot be rescheduled. We cannot predict exactly when they will occur, but we will notify residents of all the information the association provides.
