Across the hall you will find a guestroom complete with a Queen bed and the third queen bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen/living room area. Each of the 3 bedrooms have access to private bathrooms and include plenty of storage space. No grills, food trucks, or catering services that have to set up outside for service or preparation are permitted per HOA guidelines. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ’s, etc. are prohibited. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. Pool Hours: 10 am to 10 pm 50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The HOA has created a mandatory quarterly Pest Control service schedule. Please note that if you a current guests during the service, you must allow them access to the property to avoid a fine from the HOA. If you are not at the property, we will have to give them access to complete the service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to give advance warning to all guests as the HOA alerts us of the service times or any changes. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
