Close to the gorgeous, historic Roebling bridge into Cincinnati, as well as all of the amazing shops, restaurants, and bars that Covington has to offer. Stay in style at this luxurious condo! The space is a one bedroom condo that resides within a larger mansion. Our full kitchen that is stocked with everything that you will need to cook a fine meal. There is a grab bar in the shower for those who need it! This is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. And there is a reserved parking space just for you, with a charger for electronic vehicles! There is a smart lock on the entry door so you will be able to enter with a lock code that we will send to you prior to your stay. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. Our interaction with you is minimal unless you need us. In that case, we can be there in minutes! This space is located in the historic Licking Riverside neighborhood in Covington. It is full of beautifully restored historic homes that will leave you feeling as though you stepped back in time. It is only steps away from local coffee shops/restaurants and only a mile from downtown Cincinnati and all that it has to offer. There is an on-site parking space which will allow you to travel about easily with a car or you can use Uber/Lyft for a reasonable fare. We do have a decibel monitoring system that is required by the Homeowners Association (HOA) so that we can monitor to make sure guests maintain a reasonable volume... AKA, no parties allowed. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Larger vehicles will not be allowed to park in the designated parking area.
