This amazing three bedroom condo is two stories and on the third floor which gives amazing panoramic views of the Cinnamon Shore community. AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria. The first floor boasts a fully stocked kitchen to prepare a fabulous family meal. After dinner enjoy a movie in the living room or sit on the balcony and watch the sunset on the day. There is a king bedroom and a bunk room for 4, each with their own privates bathrooms. Upstairs is a massive primary suite with a king bed and a pullout sofa for the little ones. With Sonos surround sound throughout the condo you can enjoy a fun weekend or lively month stay at Endless Summer! ***NO PETS ALLOWED*** IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. Endless Summer is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Endless Summer the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
