Berehayes Holiday Cottages has 8 self-catering cottages, rated 4 star, tranquil rural village near Lyme Regis, 2 miles from the beaches of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The Berehayes Spa includes a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Airbnb guests get 1 (often 2) private sessions each day FREE. Village pub with good food , 30 Mbps WiFi, Smart TV, Alpaca feeding. Designated car park space, EV points. A peaceful, relaxing, sanctuary in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty The space Hayloft is a thatched two storey barn with a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The spacious beamed living area has comfortable leather sofas and armchairs, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. The very large dining table with 7 chairs which can be added to if required. There are two bedrooms downstairs one with a kingsized bed (room for travel cot) and one with a cosy single. Upstairs there is a newly fitted family bathroom with large walk in shower, two further bedrooms, one with large bunk beds and a twin bedded room with a quirky en-suite bathroom with a bath. Outside there is a table in the courtyard for 'Al fresco' dining. Hayloft has 2 designated car park spaces. Guest access Guests have access to the indoor pool (10m x 5m x 1.2m) jacuzzi and sauna (open from 7am-8pm daily), games room, laundry, car park, courtyard and animals in the paddock. Other things to note What’s included A bath towel is provided for each guest but please bring your own beach/pool towels. Beds are made up just before your arrival with fresh linen. There is also a welcome pack to start your stay with locally made treat and some Dorset tea, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (where applicable), soap, tea towel, dishcloth, 2 toilet rolls will be provided. Free High Speed 30 Mbps Wi-Fi. Each cottage has a hairdryer.. What’s not Cottages are available from 4pm, checkout by 10am (early or late check out can be booked at £40 where possible) Electric car charge points (Unlimited @ £50/stay) Well behaved, short haired dogs under 20kg (not puppies) are allowed in Smugglers, Barley, Hayloft, Honeypot and Dairy cottages only, at £15/night/pet (max 2). A separate reminder will be sent 4 days before your arrival, immediate payment required. We are not a party venue, excessive noise and other anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
