The space You'll have a fabulous seaside getaway, less than half a mile from the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Main Street Pier. Splash around in 3 outdoor pools, which include a lazy river and water slide, and 2 indoor pools. Recharge with a workout in our fitness center, then kick back in one of our relaxing hot tubs. Our miniature golf course and game room are ideal for some friendly competition. Fitted with a King bed, two Double-sized beds, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, two spacious bathrooms, and a full kitchen, your Floridian escape will be the perfect place for much needed rest and relaxation. Unit accommodates up to 4 guests and layout and furnishings will vary. 2 bedroom deluxe has a walk in shower with a master bathroom and a jacuzzi tub. The second bathroom will have a combination shower/tub. Standard 2-bedroom lock-offs may have a view of the ocean. The 2-bedroom deluxe lock-offs have street and intercostal views. Views are not guaranteed. The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by the resort and may be subjected to unexpected closures. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be provided for cancellations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. A 50%refund will be provided for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to check-in. No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in. LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS) $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure.
